Come and immerse yourself as we take a journey together through the physical, energetic and esoteric aspects of the Chakras. This course is designed to support you to build a body of wisdom of the Chakras through your own personal experience, using them as a tool to stimulate personal development and transformation.

We will be exploring in-depth theory, Chakra psychology, philosophy, and a wide range of Yogic techniques to “locate, stimulate and purify” each Chakra. Tools include Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Shatkarmas and Puja.

This body of wisdom is taught in a way that will give you a comprehensive foundation in which to step forward in living a more spiritually-orientated life, wherever you are and whatever you are doing.

Chakra Sadhana Immersion is the NEXT STEP to LIVING YOGA.

Through this Program, you will receive:

Full accommodation and nutritious vegetarian and Yogic meals for 7 days, 7 nights at Ishtadev Niwas Ashram
Intimate Yogic training with a maximum of 11 students per course
Daily Mantra and Puja
Chakra and Tantra Philosophy teachings
Karma Yoga Philosophy and practice
Daily Asana, Pranayama, and Shatkarma teachings and sessions
Daily Satsang and/or Program
Individualized 6-month daily plan for practice and follow-up support
Counts as 90 hours towards ‘Niwas’ 300YTT

About Your Teacher - Sivani

Sannyasi Sivani is the co-founder of Solace&Shine and Ishtadev Niwas Ashram & Farm. She is an accomplished artist, writer, inspirational speaker.

Sivani has been teaching for 20+ years, has completed over 1,000 hours of intensive Yoga training and is a certified E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher and teacher trainer. Her intuition and expertise are invaluable whether she is working in private sessions or speaking to large groups. She has traveled the world speaking and teaching Yogic techniques and philosophy that can be used in daily life to raise ones consciousness and quality of life. Her intention is to authentically bring the Eastern philosophy of Yoga to the West and facilitate the beautiful awakening here in Canada.
